Explore the gear I love and use on this page! I play a 5-string Nick Lloyd Bass with a removable neck, crafted from Spruce and walnut wood. My choice of strings is Thomastic medium, specifically great for pizzicato technique. To amplify my bass during performances, I use a full-circle Fishman pickup along with an Audio Technika ATM 350 mic. This combination provides a robust, wide, and powerful acoustic sound. For stage performance, I connect my bass to an RME Fireface 802 audio interface linked to my computer. I use Ableton Live software for looping and incorporate the Overloud TH3 plugin for effects.
