The pedal works very delicately, and does not affect the tone of the instrument at all, while removing all unnecessary noise. The size of the pedal is quite compact and does not take up much space in the pedalboard. I also have an isp decimator II and I have something to compare. Revv g8 is beyond competition!

Une évaluation qui ne va pas s'avérer utile : c'est un noise gate, donc transparence et efficacité au rdv sans surprise de la part de cette marque.
Néanmoins, c'est arrivé : Thomann m'a déçu. Je suis client depuis un bon bout de temps, et je lisais souvent "défectueux mais renvoyé à Thomann, qualité tip top et retour rapide", et bien je peux affirmer aujourd'hui que c'est faux. Outre l'envoi et le remplacement du produit un peu laborieux, j'ai surtout constaté qu'on m'avait envoyé un B-stock en premier lieu, ou bien simplement quelque chose de déjà utilisé alors que j'avais commandé du neuf. Comment je le sais ? En ouvrant la boîte du produit, pas de papier bulle autour de la pédale, pas le fameux paquet de bonbons, pas même la notice d'utilisation. Un sticker, une pédale, défectueuse qui plus est. Donc on attend une première semaine pour recevoir la pédale, on l'essaye, elle ne marche pas, on la renvoie, on attend une deuxième semaine pour voir qu'elle est arrivée sur place, on attend une troisième semaine pour qu'on vous annonce qu'on la remplace, et finalement une quatrième semaine pour qu'on vous en renvoie une neuve.
Pas de dédommagement, pas d'excuses, pas de geste commercial. Je n'ai vraiment jamais eu à me plaindre de Thomann, mais cette fois, j'accuse un peu le coup, et j'ose espérer ne plus avoir cette mauvaise surprise.

An evaluation which will not prove useful: it is a noise gate, therefore transparency and efficiency with no surprises from this brand. Nevertheless, it happened: Thomann disappointed me. I have been a customer for quite a while, and I often read "defective but returned to Thomann, top quality and quick return", well I can say today that this is false. In addition to the somewhat laborious shipping and replacement of the product, I especially noticed that I had been sent a B-stock in the first place, or simply something already used when I had ordered new. How do I know? When opening the product box, no bubble wrap around the pedal, not the famous packet of candy, not even the instructions for use. A sticker, a pedal, defective at that. So we wait a first week to receive the pedal, we try it, it doesn't work, we send it back, we wait a second week to see that it has arrived on site, we wait a third week for us to send it back to you. announces that it is being replaced, and finally a fourth week for a new one to be sent back to you. No compensation, no apology, no commercial gesture. I've really never had to complain about Thomann, but this time, I'm feeling the pinch a little, and I dare to hope that I won't have this unpleasant surprise again.
